We are thrilled to announce that vendor registration for Chamber Members and Downtown Businesses for the 2025 Jaywalkers Jamboree is open! As one of the largest and most anticipated events in Camrose, we are eager to bring together an exciting mix of vendors, entertainment, and community engagement once again.

To ensure a smooth and fair registration process, please carefully review the details below regarding registration dates, requirements, and important updates for this year’s event.

Registration Details & Process

To provide priority access to our Chamber members and downtown businesses, vendor registration will open in two phases:

  • Chamber Members & Downtown Businesses: Registration opens February 18, 2025
  • All Other Vendors: Registration opens March 31, 2025

Please note: Vendor spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the submission of a fully completed application package, which must include:
✅ A completed vendor registration form
✅ Any required external approvals (e.g., Camrose Fire Department, Alberta Health Services)
✅ Full payment of the vendor fee

Your registration will not be considered complete or your spot confirmed until all requirements have been met.

Pricing Adjustments for 2025

Over the past few years, the costs associated with organizing and hosting the Jaywalkers Jamboree have continued to rise. In order to maintain the quality and experience that vendors and attendees expect, and to ensure the long-term sustainability of this event, we have implemented a pricing adjustment for 2025 for both retail and food vendors.

This increase reflects:

  • Rising operational costs such as permits, logistics, and security
  • Investments in improving the vendor and attendee experience
  • Enhancements to the overall event, ensuring it remains a premier attraction in Camrose
  • Enhanced safety guidelines for food vendors requiring 10 ft of clearance on each side between another vendor

We recognize that changes in pricing impact your planning, and we appreciate your understanding as we continue to elevate the Jaywalkers Jamboree experience for everyone involved.

Important Updates for Food Vendors

To enhance safety, there are updated the space requirements for all food vendors. Effective this year, each food vendor will be required to have an additional 10 feet of clearance from other vendors on both sides of their setup.

Key impacts of this change:

  • Improved safety compliance with fire regulations
  • Increased cost of vendor space
  • Reduction in the total number of vendor spaces available

If you are a food vendor, we strongly encourage you to submit your application as early as possible to secure your space.
