Tova has been a member of the Camrose community since she was just a little girl being actively involved in the many music programs the city had to offer as well as working in a variety of businesses and organizations. Throughout the years she has worked with people of all ages (children through seniors) both from Camrose and the surrounding area through drama, music and the service industry.
Tova has successfully run an innovative music studio for over 25 years in the Camrose area shaping students to not only be better musicians, but to be the best person they can be in every aspect of their life.
She has held many leadership and mentoring positions in the community over the years and brings with her administrative & organizational skills as well.
Her extensive travels and international work experience have shaped her views of how communities and businesses can successfully function. It has also equipped her to think outside the box and to find solutions from unique angles.
Recently, Tova has added her talents to the staff of Vinesation Olive Oils & Vinegars. Her second year there she effectively ran the store as the owner was out on sick leave for the year.
Tova values the ‘small home town’ community feel that the Camrose area has been known for and the collaboration of the businesses to make the downtown area a special destination not only for Camrose and area residents, but also those from farther abroad. As a long term resident of Camrose, the importance of keeping the family friendly community feel while helping businesses to succeed throughout the Camrose area is important to her.
