Jaywalker's Jamboree is Alberta's oldest out-door fair. During the 2 day event, Main Street (50 Street) is closed to traffic and becomes an out-door trade show and fair featuring fantastic deals from local businesses as well as guest vendors.
As you walk along, taking in the sights and sounds, the smells of an amazing variety of food vendors will whet your appetite.
Choose from corn on the cob, burgers, fries and hot-dogs, mini-doughnuts, Ukranian, Mexican, and Asian options, lemonade, iced drinks and pop and of course, cotton candy, the treat that reminds us of all of the fairs we attended in our youth.
Pancake breakfasts are held each morning, on the South side of Candler Art Gallery. Friday: 7:00-9:00 and Saturday. 7:30-9:30.
Many of the Service Clubs in the Camrose area use this opportunity as an annual fund-raiser.
Along with the incredible bargins, there is a fantastic line-up of FREE entertainment throughout the weekend on both the Main and City Centre Stages, as well as wandering musicians and performers.
Children can enjoy their own ride ara, face-painting, clowns, and other activities.
West Coast Amusements will be on-site providing Mid-Way rides and games for all ages.
